Sara is a private chef serving the St. Louis area. She is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, the nation’s premier health-supportive culinary school. She worked as a cheesemonger at Dean and Deluca, before returning to her hometown.
Sara started her business in 2014 to combine her love of health-supportive cooking with a desire to work with clients on an individual basis. Sara has cooked for busy families, cancer patients, autoimmune sufferers, weight-loss seekers, professional athletes, and the pickiest eaters. She loves getting to know her clients personally and developing food solutions that work for them.
A night owl with a love for reading and politics, her vices include burgers (rare) and bourbon (neat). Sara resides in Brentwood with her husband, two children, and the family mutt, Rubble.
Sara is a Servsafe certified Food Handler.
